The role:

  • Being the main point of contact for client communication
  • Leading a team of Operational Specialists who will give you additional support on the account
  • Working with internal teams in order to write the Digital Operations
  • Being the heart of the team and filling in gaps where necessary
  • Advising junior members on platforms and how to best use them in order to faciliate clients needs
  • The candidate:

  • At least 5 years in an Ad Operations
  • Must understand key platforms used in the agency world
  • Prior line management experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Must be adaptable and be able to fill gaps where necessary
