Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who has previous PA or Senior Secretary Experience. The role requires someone with excellent written and oral communication skills, who is self-motivated, pro-active and has excellent organisational and problem solving skills. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

  • NVQ3 Business & Administration or equivalent experience
  • GCSE passes in English and Maths Management certificate or Office Management Experience

  • To include a full range of secretarial procedures and knowledge to include: Microsoft® PowerPoint Microsoft® Access Microsoft® Excel Microsoft® Word Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience of working in a complex organisation providing comprehensive administrative/PA service within a corporate team
  • Experience of setting up and using filing/IT systems in a large organisation
  • In-depth and detailed knowledge and understanding of corporate procedures, the structure, policies, plans, regulations, management and operational procedures of the Organisation
  • Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages
  • Ability to take comprehensive minutes
