Salary – £26,000 – £32,500 (+ £750 Car Allowance) per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role
We are now recruiting for a New Homes Officer, on a full time permanent basis.
You will need to liaise with the Project Managers and Lettings Team advising them of completion dates and issuing handover notices.
You will need to work with the Development Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition through the handover phase, liaising with Lettings, Sales & Marketing and Property Services.
You need to be able to read plans and technical literature. You need to have awareness of technical issues involved in housing construction.
You need to be able to work in a meticulous and organised approach to the review of information and compilation of documents and completed data.
You need to be able to understand and analyse problems and make clear decisions.
You will need to understand development project programmes and communicate key risks and delays.
