Main duties of the job

The post holder will act as the first point of contact within the Vaccination Centre. They will provide Information, Advice and Assistance to all stakeholders, arranging and administering vaccination appointments for the Health Community, offering comprehensive admin support and actively promoting and maximising communication between all stakeholders, the nursing and medical teams, citizens and relatives.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential criteria

  • Able to demonstrate English language and Mathematics to GCSE or equivalent level (grade A-C)
  • OCR/RSA Word Processing level 1 or equivalent
  • NVQ II Admin/Customer care or equivalent
  • Desirable criteria

  • NVQ III Admin/customer care.
