Asset/ Stock Controller – Home Office

Your Role

We are looking for an Asset/ Stock Controller to work within our Home Office Team, and the wider on-site Workplace Services team.

Based in and around the customers premises in Marsham Street Westminster and Croydon, the Team are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the vital IT tools in use by the Home Office. You will be required to split your time between the two sites to help manage stock levels across both Home Office Sites and to ensure the continued integrity of the CMDB.

We are looking for an individual with good administration and organisational skills and someone who is confident to manage and prioritize workload for themselves to meet service levels. There will be a requirement to visit both sites regularly to manage stock levels, collections and deliveries, carry out asset audits and to work with teams to ensure the CMDB is accurate and well maintained. There may also be a requirement to get involved in other tasks to assist the team where there is a need.
