For Quality Networks and Accreditation Projects:

  • QNIC
  • QNCC
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in quality improvement or health service development. You will work in a dynamic team supporting a national network(s) of front-line mental health services, interacting with clinicians, patients and their carers to improve these services.

The successful candidate will oversee data collection from clinical services to benchmark against quality standards, arrange and attend face-to-face and/or virtual visits to mental health services across the UK, organise events and deliver training as well as writing reports and other administrative tasks.

    For Audits and Research Projects:

  • NAD x2
  • NCAP
  • POMH
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career supporting quality improvement (QI) in mental health services. We run an exciting series of QI programmes and national clinical audits, including the National Audit of Dementia (NAD), the National Clinical Audit of Psychosis (NCAP), and the Prescribing Observatory for Mental Health (POMH), which provide important data that are driving forward improvements in patient care.

The successful candidates will have a keen interest in data analysis, and excellent organisational, report writing and communication skills. Responsibilities will include assisting with the design of data collection tools, the analysis of large datasets, writing national reports to a deadline, liaising with healthcare professionals and assisting in the organisation of events.
