Responsibilities

  • To be open and implement all support and guidance and understand how to operate a successful Business Development Manager
  • To help businesses grow and measurably increase their business performance through successful digital marketing services
  • Aiding them in finding, serving, and retaining customers
  • Learn and understand how to maximise the businesses exposure to engage new audiences and new streams of customers
  • Be confident and capable at influencing senior decision makers of local SME businesses by way of face-to-face appointments
  • Presenting in a clear and concise manner to business owners and senior decision makers
  • Take accountability of their understanding and execution of the Sales Process.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the customer’s business, trading conditions and challenges in the market their business operates in, to ascertain their needs
  • Key Skills:

  • Understands how to effectively lead source and can identify best to source quality leads
  • Capable at making B2B cold-calls and understands the sales methodology behind appointment setting
  • Has learnt and understands how to effectively account manage and takes the appropriate steps to ensure each customer has a relevant growth plan.
  • Takes a consultative sales approach within the sales framework and utilises learned sales techniques to enhance performance.
  • Works to agreed sales performance targets/KPI’s & understands
  • Understands how to plan and manage their time effectively to support KPI & target performance.
