About the role

We are now recruiting for a Homeownership Officer on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the management of leasehold and shared ownership stock across GreenSquareAccord, providing an end-to-end customer facing service.

You will need to ensure customers and properties are managed in accordance with current legislation, regulation and lease agreement.

You will be tasked with investigating and take action against cases of unauthorised sub-letting, abandonments and other lease fraud acting swiftly in line with our procedure.

About you

You must have good working knowledge of relevant leasehold, service charge and housing legislation; to include Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. You must have the ability to interpret residential and commercial leases, management and service level agreements .

You can develop positive working relationships with customers and a range of stakeholders.

You will need to be highly organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied case load, prioritising work effectively and to a high standard and quality to meet targets.

You will need to have experience of managing service charges and be able to demonstratable working knowledge of value for money.
