Join our team as Senior Affinity Programme Manager
You’ll be responsible for managing a dynamic and enthusiastic team and will provide strategic direction, from new partner introduction to campaign delivery and end of year reviews. Increasing and maintaining member engagement & awareness of the programme is a key objective, and the collective team will have responsibility for innovative marketing out to the membership to achieve this objective.
Overview purpose of Senior Affinity Programme Manager role
This role will be responsible for the introduction, development, growth and management of Commercial Partners within ICAEW Member Rewards. A key focus of the role is on-boarding new commercial partners and ensuring all existing partners are retained and engaged with a key objective to maximise commercial revenue for both parties.
Working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure you and your team undertakes the correct governance and due diligence to successfully onboard, manage and deliver multiple campaigns undertaken with partners, whilst always delivering member value.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for identifying gaps in the programme and introducing new revenue generating partnerships that deliver value to members.
- Ensure all partnerships under your and the team’s control are fully optimised to maximise contract renewals.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Be proactive in understanding stakeholder needs to help in identifying new commercial models across our partnership programmes.
- Manage and develop a team that is respected by the business and commercially focused on revenue growth.
- Responsible for meeting annual budgeted revenue and profit for the Member Rewards Programme
- Responsible for full budget management, monthly financial reporting, and revenue/cost forecasting.
Candidate Profile for Senior Affinity Programme Manager candidate
Requirements include:
- Experience of introducing and developing a portfolio of ‘affinity’ partnerships / commercial partnerships
- Experience of multi-channel marketing campaign management and delivery, particularly in relation to digital advertising, webinars, conferences & events
- Experience of commercial negotiations and contractual processes to on-board new partnerships
- Experience of managing a high performing team
- Excellent understanding of systems, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Demonstrable communication, commercial awareness, negotiation, and project management skills
