About the role

As Team Manager you will act as the lead social care advisor and practitioner across a multi professional team supporting young people and their families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities through Education Health and care Plans or who have been assessed as requiring care support because of a child’s disability.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Children.
