An exciting opportunity has become available within Entrust!

The Team Leader will manage the day-to-day operations of the Installations team to ensure that Installations are achieved to a high standard and that the customer’s expectations are met, as well as providing some onsite visits to customers to provide installations support. Good communication skills, self-motivation and a flexible approach to tasks are required along with the ability to work well under pressure.

The role is very hands on therefore, the Team Leader will be required to deal with escalations and being present on Client sites with the Cabling Installers in the following areas Staffordshire, Birmingham, and Worcestershire. Must have Full UK Driving License

The role requires being based at our Edric Place office in Stafford.

  • Ensuring all mandatory training is completed by staff
  • Being an escalation point for their team and customers
  • Holding regular reviews with BSU to confirm scheduling of installations and parts
  • Supporting Installations Service Leader to manage team’s incident management queues to ensure open incidents are progressed
  • Conducting site specific risk assessments for non-generic tasks
  • Maintaining and using systems effectively to ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of appropriate Health and Safety standards/procedures
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving IT related incidents/faults on LAN, and Audio-Visual technology
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Good communications written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and take charge or control of situations
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems
  • Able to work varying hours and travel to various locations
  • Full UK Driving License is essential
