About the role

We are currently recruiting a Service Charge Officer to join us on a full time permanent basis.

Within the role, you will ensure accurate and timely service charge services are delivered in order that the Group maximises income collection and cost efficiency.

You will prepare and monitor service charge accounts for leaseholder schemes and maintain accurate service charge records in accordance with Group policies and procedures and external regulations.

About you

It is essential that you are able to adjust to new business environments, be a fast learner and work with a broad range of staff in a wide-ranging business and culture.

You will have highly developed planning and time management skills, to achieve deadlines in a pressurised environment and be able to provide evidence of achievement through effective performance management, service planning and target setting.

You must hold strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to understand and distil complex financial data to support business decision making.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to enable operating at a Group level within an organisation of different businesses is essential.
