THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to be based from our Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire offices

You will be running a profitable desk and achieving Medacs Social Care’s business objectives through successfully getting the right people in to the right jobs and building closer long term client relationships.

We embrace hybrid working from our offices in Huntingdon and home on alternate shifts 08.00-16.30 and 09.30 to 18.00.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients, build lasting relationships
  • Servicing existing client contracts recruiting for social care vacancies
  • Managing incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Advertising vacancies and candidate screening
  • Completing registrations and associated compliance
  • Filling temporary bookings and shifts for Care Assistants and building a candidate pipeline
  • Generate, co-ordinate and promote sales activities and identify areas for growth
  • Arrange and attend client visits you will need to drive and have your own transport
  • Maintain up files and records of all assigned candidates
  • Using your Excel skills updating spreadsheets

    An experienced Recruiter or Resourcer who is sales driven with a preference for service delivery on existing client accounts or you might be interested in embarking on a Recruitment Consultant career within the healthcare sector.
