Joining our Professional Software Services team, you will be responsible for testing self-service solutions and building a test automation capability for our various Self-Service Devices.

Based within our Camberley office, with regular travel to other locations within the UK and internationally, you will be working on self-service related projects/technology and hosted platforms including end user standard and enhanced customer functions. You will also oversee credit card behaviours, payment switching and card scheme exposure.

This is the ideal role for someone who has had prior experience working in self-service project delivery, ideally with banking and financial payments exposure and a keen eye for detail. You will need to ensure all development work meets the required specifications and will also be passionate about delivering at a high standard. We are looking for someone who can produce test documentation and ensure that all testing has been executed efficiently and we need someone with experience in device-based testing within a self-service environment and be proficient in Test Management tools such as ALM, JIRA, X-Ray, Confluence, and reporting tools such as Versatest, Iliad, ATMirage, ICC simulator.

Ideally some knowledge of Base 24 ATM and industry standard NDC messaging with an understanding of EMV message formats and ICC chip transactions would be desired, but this is not essential. Equally if you have cloud-based knowledge this would be advantageous.

You will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, however, there may be a need for occasional after hours and some potential weekend work where required.
