About the role
We are now advertising for a Painter and Decorator on a permanent basis.
You will be reporting to the Planned Manager/Supervisor, Provide a high quality and cost effective repairs, maintenance and planned improvements service to Accord housing`s customers, providing excellent internal and external customer service in line with business objectives, budgets and growth for the successful delivery of the repairs, maintenance and planned improvements.
You will deliver all painting and decorating for the planned cyclical improvements to assets and estates, providing excellent internal and external customer service in line with business objectives, budgets and growth for the successful delivery of the planned works.
About you
You will need to have a NVQ in Painting and Decorating.
You will be painting and decorating to a high quality finish
You will need to respond promptly to customer complaints
You must ensure all properties meet the required specifications
You will be working alongside all colleagues to deliver planned and cyclical improvements.
