THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Allied Health Professionals Resourcing Consultant. This is a hybrid role working from home and within our London offices.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and engaging in a first point of contact with prospective AHP candidates wishing to register
  • Building a rapport and relationship with every candidate to ensure exceptional candidate experience
  • Building a pipeline of AHP candidates
  • Ensuring all recruitment procedures and quality standards are met in line with the values of Medacs Healthcare
  • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants/Managers to identify key areas of focus and growth
  • Taking part in any applicable priority campaigns to recruit new candidates into the pipeline
  • Working to agreed timescales and KPIs
  • ABOUT YOU

    Ideally you will be an experienced Recruiter or Resourcer with knowledge of the AHP/Healthcare sector being desirable.
