Your role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our teams on a strategic account in Belfast. You will recommend where best practice can be shared across, development and operations teams to further develop a DevOps approach to delivery in a strategic account.

Reporting to the Head of NI Run in Application & Multi Cloud Services, the successful candidate will lead the operations teams on customer site and deliver service excellence for our customer across all disciplines. The role holder will manage diverse teams across operational delivery including, Applications, Infrastructure and Solution Architects. You will be responsible for reporting on all operational team performance (monthly KPIs) and financial management for the capabilities in your team with ownership for the monthly and quarterly cycles and owning input to the MTP process.
