The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at Corner House Vets! This role would be perfect for someone who is confident in their consulting and surgical skills and is keen to progress and develop further in a supportive, well established team. Day to day you will be consulting, performing surgeries, and managing cases.

Here at Corner House Vets work-life balance is very important to us. You will be working 40 hours over a 4 or 5 day week. Shifts starting at 8:30m and finishing at 19:30pm, with 2 scheduled hours each day for lunch and message time. This is to allow you adequate time to keep on top of your caseload. Weekends are shared 1:5 on Saturday and Sunday mornings and are consulting only. You will get the following Friday off in lieu so you can enjoy a long weekend. There are no out of hours duties. Our rota is structured to allow a good balance between 15 minute consults and surgery, to allow good case continuity and time for case work up.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience.
