Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing plans across the group with proven ROI, working with head of marketing and senior marketing manager to support wider marketing strategy.
  • Develop, implement and manage new customer acquisition strategies using a mix of digital marketing channels
  • Supporting with input into the channel strategies to improve the use and efficiency of all our channels
  • Manage the use of all digital marketing channels for the local media activity effectively, including budget allocation, attribution and supporting analytics
  • Run paid social media advertising
  • Be the lead in the digital marketing data and research. Analyse, monitor and report on online performance using data to provide analytical and insightful reports on a weekly basis
  • To review and evaluate ROI from all activity and make recommendations for future enhancements to the strategy, creative approach, customisation, offer and targeting
  • Monitor competitor activity and use good examples to suggest new test and learn opportunities
  • Daily management of the digital agencies to monitor campaign performance and optimal targeting is achieved CRM
  • Management of their ESP, optimising email campaigns through a test and learn approach and new product developments where possible
  • Creation of the best in class on-boarding and lifecycle programmes for all brands.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of their data, customer behaviour and segmentation techniques.
  • Driving data acquisition, retention, and enrichment strategies, working to database growth targets.
  • Work closely with guest services team to ensure that customer journeys and website messaging are aligned, continuously improving with customer feedback and learnings.
  • Daily management of their CRM agency to monitor performance of all campaigns, ensuring new projects are progressing and all audiences are refreshed for optimal targeting.
  • Production of weekly and monthly performance reports with key insight and recommendations.
  • About you:

  • Strong experience within a CRM and Digital role
  • Knowledge of paid media, acquisition and retention strategies and lifecycle programmes
  • Experience using CMS platforms, top-tier ESP and Google Analytics
  • Reporting on web and CRM metrics
  • SQL knowledge preferable
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and in line with expectations.
  • Data-driven individual with the ability to dig into large sets of data to interpret findings,analyse trends, recognize anomalies and build testing plans based on data
  • Extensive experience designing tests across multiple media channels to assure interpretable and actionable results and overseeing complex executions
