THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Onsite Administrator to be based in Cardiff.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone help desk to clients, candidates and agencies
  • Managing the medical bank inbox
  • Working onsite at clients premises in Cardiff 5 days 9-5
  • Conducting preemployment checks and inputting records on system
  • Managing and reporting onto the system, keeping all jobs updated and data entered correctly.
  • Scanning all complete files
  • Ensuring all timesheets are handled in a prompt manner
  • Inputting jobs/bookings and rotas onto the system
  • Resolving payroll queries from doctors
