The Role
Lockwood Animal Hospital are looking for a dynamic vet to join their team as a deputy clinical director! The successful candidate will be responsible for jobs that have been delegated from the head CD on clinical protocols including supporting the vets and wider group as needed, helping during vet meetings, assistance as required with HR, operational and financial matters. The shift pattern entails working 40 hours across 4 days per week, with a 1:4 share in the Saturday rota.
About Us
We are a well-established, 9 practice group based in the West Midlands, that look after a varied caseload of small animal patients. Our fantastic sites are equipped with facilities to help us provide the best possible care, including digital x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy, and full surgical and dental suites. By far the best part of our practice is our team, across the group we currently have 20 vets, 40 nurses and an experienced management team on hand to provide support. We strongly encourage our staff to pursue any interests they have, and across the team, we have certificate holders in SAS exotics and a roving cardiologist specialist.
Applicant Requirements
Our ideal applicant is an experienced vet who is dedicated to putting animal care at the heart of everything they do. Previous Senior Vet experience desirable.
