About the role

We are now recruiting for a Homeownership Coordinator on a permanent basis.

You will be tasked with providing admin support to the whole team, as well as dealing with queries from customers, solicitors and other agencies.

You will need to present a positive image of GreenSquareAccord in all dealings with customers and external agencies; promoting and observing GreenSquareAccord`s key corporate policies at all time. Including but not limited to equality and diversity, health and safety and data protection.

You will need to ensure the security of data, especially sensitive personal data, in line with the information management policy/IT policy.

About you

You will need to have knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law.

You need to have excellent administration and organisational skills, with an ability to manage own workload and multi task.

You must be able to write clearly and accurately to an intended audience; limiting `jargon` and ensuring message is clear.
