As a surveyor within our Installations team we are looking for a candidate with knowledge and skills in assessing a workspace and visualising the ‘finished article’ to visit our customer sites, assess workspaces and draw up plans for renovation.

Being field based, you will be happy to drive to locations in and around the North of the UK speaking directly to customers and drawing up plans efficiently and to a high standard.

The main responsibilities of a surveyor will be to attend bookings, survey areas for installations, removals and relocations of ATM’s and work with the project manager when coordinating schedules for completion. You will be required to produce accurate surveys and detailed site drawings, including measurements which will be relayed to the technical department to allow for accurate quotes. You will be professional and have excellent communication skills as dealing with customers is an essential part of your role. You must be able to manage your time well and ensure you work within timescales set by the project manager and customer. For this role you must have previous experience and knowledge of surveying and/or drawing on site plans, have general building and construction experience, previous experience in a similar customer facing role, and a full UK valid Driving licence. Ideally the right candidate will hold a CSCS card.

No 2 days are the same and no 2 locations will be either. One day you could be on site all day and the next, on call waiting for the next booking. This role is salaried and comes with a company vehicle.
