Main duties of the job

We are looking for a highly visible and engaging Ward Manager to work within the Beuno Ward in Llandudno who is dedicated to ensuring that the services we provide meet the expectations of the population that we serve.

The hospital is a busy and thriving community hub with a busy Out Patients Department with visiting Consultants from different specialities. We also have a varied team of therapists on site and a Minor Injuries Unit.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of a degree level qualification or working towards this within an agreed time frame
  • Holds or is actively working towards a relevant Post-Graduate Diploma, Diploma to be completed within an agreed timeframe
