Salary: £20,058.19 – £22,120.44 per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent

Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our diverse Property Team. The role includes providing support to the Property Maintenance & Building Services Manager along with the wider Property team, being the first point of contact for external suppliers and contractors in relation to all annual servicing requirements. The post holder will be responsible for leading on the management and development of systems used by the team, for example door access security and our property helpdesk.
Essential
HNC/D in related discipline, or other relevant qualification
OR equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills necessary to undertake the role.
