A great development opportunity within Entrust!

This post is a development opportunity for someone to come in as a Cabling Installer and work their way up to an Installation Engineer. The role is primarily responsible for working closely with the Installation Engineer, drill routes for the cabling, move the cabling around and essentially learn from the Engineer.

The role will provide full training as well as an opportunity to gain ECS or CSCS card qualification to work on construction sites.

The role will require travelling to client sites therefore a Full UK Driving License is required.

  • Providing installation service of a wide range of audio-visual systems and equipment, network cables and infrastructure and hardware use in education establishments
  • Communicating and liaising with site management, project officers and other trades whilst working on building sites
  • Interacting, advising and guiding teachers and customers to allow installation work to be completed
  • Installing and terminating of wide range data cabling
  • Physical installation of network switches, active components, and wireless devices.
