Salary: £20,767.00 – £22,156.09 pro rata per annum
Contract Duration: Casual/Relief

Role Purpose

Waste Collection Driver – driving refuse and recycling vehicles to collect presented waste in individual and communal wheeled bins and sacks.
Missed bin collections.
Engaging with the public and traders in a courteous manner.
Recording and reporting issues.
Ensure all work carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with guidance /training provided. Working as part of a team to ensure the service is delivered.
Any other appropriate duties as directed by the Chargehand / Foreman / Area Supervisor.

Essential

A good standard of education (numeracy & literacy)

Minimum LGV Class 2 License + Digi & Full CPC card (ie 35hrs completed)

A current driving licence is essential for this post
