The Role

Rowe Veterinary Group have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly teams, working between our small and well-equipped rural practice in Wotton under edge and our Bradley Stoke Hospital site. In this role, you will have the benefit of the dedicated support the Wotton practice is able to offer, along with the varied caseload of first opinion and hospital cases. You will have several responsibilities including working on a mix of consulting, operating and hospital cases. The shift pattern for this role is 4 days per week between 8:30 am-7 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday at our Wotton branch and Thursday and Friday at Bradley Stoke Hospital. There is a shared rota of 1:7 full weekends with a 1:7 branch weekend. No overnight out of hours. The salary for this role is from £35k-£50k depending on experience

About Us

Both the hospital and Wotton Practice have the added benefits of onsite digital X-ray & dental X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, Radioactive Iodine referral unit (based at Wotton), blood pressure monitoring & ECG. The team at Rowe Veterinary Group are an experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons with many holding certificates in Medicine, Surgery and Cardiology. This means we refer very little externally, and you are able to work up your own cases and build rapport with our loyal clients.
