Pengelly & Mizen is a 1st Opinion practice based in Peterborough who are looking to support a New Graduate Small Animal Vet. The wonderful team is made up of 5 Vets ( 2 part time) and 5 Nurses (2 part time).

Normal hours are rota’d between 8am and 7.15pm Monday to Friday. Saturday’s are worked on a rota basis generally 1 in 3 (8am – 5pm) No OOH or On-Calls.

Pengelly & Mizen is a long established practice (1949) with loyal and bonded clients, varied caseload mainly small animal but some equine. Large airy building with good facilities and based in the City Centre with easy parking and close to mainline train station. The practice has great facilities and equipment such as Digital x-rays, Ultrasound, Idexx Lab machines, Capnograph and a dedicated Dental room. The Graduate will be supported by a coach and mentor but will be supported by the whole team from vets, nurses and reception teams to build their knowledge and confidence and hopefully further their career at the practice. Pengelly & Mizen are happy to support the Graduate in individual interests they may wish to pursue.
