A rare opportunity has become available for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our close knit and stable team. We offer support from an experienced 7 vet team [including 4 medicine Cert holders], CPD is actively encouraged and financed. Modern, purpose built, well equipped surgery with all facilities on hand to deliver a high standard of clinical care. We are well respected within the local community and have a loyal client base.

The position is full time, 4.5 day week with 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. There are no direct out of hours with this post, only responsibilities for in- patient care.

Salaries up to £60K commensurate with experience, plus golden handshake and re-location expenses are available.

Applicant Requirements

The suitable candidate will be an experienced and confident RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon capable of delivering high quality and personable veterinary care. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with previous management experience or a desire to progress in to a lead clinical role. Should you wish to progress in to a Clinical Director position, you will be given full support for the transition. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for this position, and ideally you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar post.
