We are looking for enthusiastic and supportive customer service agents to join the team at one of the most diverse, innovative and experienced companies in the UK. Your role will be to put the customer first!

All the while this can be done from the comfort of your own home! (There may be the odd visit into the office but predominantly home based!)

What will you deliver?

  • Providing excellent customer service with a key focus on doing the right thing for each customer – deliver solutions that meet their individual needs.
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and adapting approach, providing additional support when required.
  • Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
  • Dealing with a wide range of queries across telephony / email / web chat / channels

  • Someone who takes ownership of customer issues, solves problems with a focus on helping people
  • Great listeners – don’t just hear, listen! Show empathy and patience, adapting behaviours to suit the wide range of scenarios
  • Strong analysis skills with a keen eye to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Ideally, experience working within a high-volume customer service environment

    You would be joining our customer experience experts here in our Capita Experience division. Our success is built on over 40 years of understanding the market and understanding customer needs. We currently have 20 UK-based call centres, where we recruit for roles such as customer service, sales, collections and complaint handling.
