The Role

Rosemary Lodge Veterinary Hospital are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RVN to join their friendly referral team on a 6-month contract.

With on-site CT, MRI, digital radiography, arthroscopy, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and in-house diagnostics, it is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills. You will have the opportunity to work with dedicated orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeons, alongside internal medical clinicians.

The successful candidate will work alongside the medical and surgical teams. There would be no nights or weekends, unless you choose to work overtime. There is a call rota which would be 1:9 weekends on call between 8am – 8pm. For this, you get a £50 retainer fee plus x1.5 pay if you get called into work.

The position is open to both full-time or part-time applicants, with a starting salary of £26,000 FTE (1 year qualified and based on 40 hours). Shift pattern is between 8am and 7pm, with usually 9.5 or 10-hour shift.

We are a first opinion and referral hospital with on-site CT, MRI, digital radiography, dental radiography, arthroscopy, endoscopy, laparoscopy, in-house diagnostics, and separate feline and canine wards.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a registered RVN with at least 1 year of experience within referrals.
