Main duties of the job

We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and forward- thinking nurses to work within Kestrel ward. Prior experience of working with young people is not required, however a willingness to learn and develop the therapeutic skills needed is key. For these tasks you will require confidence, patience, tolerance and creativity. You will receive ongoing support from your peers, ward manager and senior staff. You will also receive individual supervision as well as support in reflective practice groups.

The successful candidates will be required to work a rota system of shifts which will include a combination of days, nights and weekends across a seven day service.
