Clinical Governance Analyst Job Vacancy in London, England, UK
Capita
Identifies and collects data sources, analyzes and extracts key data and information, evaluates and monitors data quality to meet the organization’s information system needs and requirements. What you’ll be doing:
Reporting and data generation to drive continuous performance and process improvements
Provide clear insight into performance v goal / target through accuracy in analysis
Maintain and publish key operational reports eg. TNA’s
Provide additional insight to the HCAO and HCQ demonstrating how performance could be improved
Support business improvement by building / assisting building of new reporting methodologies (CRM dashboards etc)
Collation of Inputs from multiple sources to supplement and inform reporting insight
Review processes for obtaining data and review to ensure that this is as robust and efficient as possible
Document processes to ensure compliance and optimum operating practices
Complete duties as directed by the HCAO or SMT
What we’re looking for:
Experience in Reporting or Analytical roles
An experienced Excel user / CRM user
The ability to confidently present and articulate analysis and insight
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving and analytical abilities.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
