A Partner at a leading infrastructure consultancy that is looking for an experienced individual to support on a Heathrow project team to support on independent assurance to ensure the project is staying to the cost schedule and the client is getting value for money. You will develop an assurance approach and develop the projects’ programme life cycle process for the new control period.

This will involve engaging with the site team, client, and project teams and reporting how they are getting on and any challenges being experienced and making recommendations of how to improve and move forward. This consultancy is well established in the infrastructure sector in the UK with endless development opportunities and ability to work with other clients such as TFL. Should you join this company, you would be able to become a partner.

This role will be an Associate/Senior associate based on your experience.

Salary:  circa £50, to £90,00 – based on experience and qualifications.

Location:  London, at least 3-4 days in office per week, with occasional travel to Heathrow site.

Required:

  • Direct experience working/with Railway clients (e.g., HS2, LU, TfL, TfW, Network Rail) or working with consultancies on large infrastructure projects.
  • Independent cost assurance experience ideal, though not required.
  • Chartered or working towards.
  • At least 8 – 10 years’ experience in large infrastructure projects in a PM, CM, or project controls capacity.
  • Familiarity around cost planning, procurement, post-contract management on Railway projects.
  • Familiar with NEC 3 contracts.
  • A positive, friendly attitude, someone who works well in teams, and independently.
  • Confident and ability to build long standing relationships for later opportunity to partake in business development.
