The Role

Warrington are on an exciting journey shaping the future of Intermediate Services. We are currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Tier Services in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of shaping integrated care working with partners to improve outcomes and experiences for the people of Warrington. We are looking for a values led, dynamic, outcomes driven and compassionate individual to join the service at a time of significant opportunity. We are well on our journey to delivering collaboration across Health and Social Care to improve outcomes for those living with frailty in Warrington.

What do we do?

The primary aim of the Assisted Living Team is to enable adults and children to reach their optimum level of independence, maintain safety, maximise quality of life and promote dignity. This post may be community based or inpatient based.

We undertake assessments for all ages and work with service users who have a wide range of disabilities e.g. neurological, genetic, learning disabilities, and long term conditions associated with old age frailty, including organic mental health conditions e.g. Dementia.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
