Our client is experiencing rapid growth. opening up some new opportunities across the company, with our help they are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive who is financially driven, and looking to work in a friendly and social environment. In this role you are only in competition with yourself to increase sales and bring in more commission !

The successful candidate will take their seat amongst the companies delegate acquisition team with full training provided. The current team benefit from weekly and monthly incentives whilst developing their careers and having a great time at work while they are at it.

Salary £21,000 – £27,000 base depending on experience, commission between £15k-£30k in first year

Duties:

  • Contacting clients by telephone to ensure they are aware of future events, selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations
  • Engaging with existing clients to secure ongoing meeting attendance and keep them up-to-date on the happening of the company
  • Seeking our and recruiting new clients and helping to develop lasting relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and key issues in all markets in which the business operates to be able to provide the best knowledge to clients.
  • Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets to ensure success

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience within B2B sales ideally within corporate event sponsorship
  • You have a history of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
  • Experience in development of new business
  • Ability to generate own leads and comfortable preparing and making high volumes of outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required.
  • Needs to be highly self-motivated in achieving goals.
  • Excellent team working skills.
