The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to extend our domestic abuse offer and recruit for a specialist IDVA to deliver a high quality frontline support service to Male and LGBT+ victims of domestic abuse. We are looking for a self starter with a high degree of commitment and passion to establish this new support offer.

The role requires:

  • Undertaking risk assessments
  • Managing a caseload 
  • Developing support plans
  • Facilitating small groups
  • Contribution towards raising the victimhood profile of the targeted client group across the Warrington borough. 
  • You will have:

  • Experience of multiagency working
  • Strong crisis management skills and understanding of children and adults safeguarding processes
  • A full driving licence access to a vehicle is necessary for this role
