Job Description
Our Internal Recruitment department is looking to recruit an ambitious Apprentice who is keen to undertake a Recruitment Apprenticeship by joining the nation’s favourite parcel delivery company. This role will be based at our Superhub in Hinckley, Leicestershire (LE10 3BQ).
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Linehaul and Executive Recruitment Manager, and wider team by providing a recruitment and administrative service. You will ensure that the Recruitment and administrative processes that support the department operation are maintained to a standard of excellence and operated in line with company policy.
Key Tasks/Areas of responsibility
Posting of jobs for the Linehaul Recruitment team on a weekly basis, this will include refreshing adverts to maximise advertising and promote our vacancies.
Sifting of candidates on to some of the jobs to assist the Linehaul Recruitment team.
Sending invitations to interviews to candidates to assist the team.
Answering email queries that come in to the team email/inbox
Support with the Administration for all new starters ensuring company procedures are followed in relation to the issuing of offer letters/contracts and induction information.
Completion of team reports both accurately and in a timely manner and extracting information as requested.
Organise meetings and meeting schedules for the teams within the department
Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by Line Management Eg. Assist with team engagement events and incentive days
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must be passionate about wanting to start a career in Recruitment and have the dedication and desire to complete the Recruitment Apprenticeship
Candidates must have achieved GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English or be willing to complete this during the apprenticeship.
Apprentices must have achieved a pass at GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English before they can complete their final exams.
