About the Role
At Dimensions, we’re looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who boast integrity and champion respect. What You’ll Do as a Dimensions Support Worker
Encourage and empower the people we support so that they can live their best lives – the lives that they choose
Provide intimate personal care, prompting and high levels of mobility assistance when required (i.e., some of those we support use wheelchairs and hoists are used)
Be actively – and enthusiastically – involved with every aspect of their daily lives, i.e., supporting them with shopping, their hobbies and housework (including cleaning and laundry), etc.
