Main duties of the job

Duties of the role would include being responsible for a number of surgical patients and the care that is provided. To ensure no harm comes to patients. Delegating work to HCA, Liaising with external agencies, Being part of the busy surgical unit and utilising the admission and discharge processes. also caring for pre and post operative patients and implementing their care. Assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for both surgical and medical patients
