The Role

  • Act as the key support to the EMEA Media Service Line CEO.
  • Work on designing and implementing a balance score card for the annual workstreams targets.
  • Scale the EMEA collaboration model that was previously used to lead key reviews and accelerate all of the opportunities.
  • Acts as a client lead on 2/3 clients pitches every year.
  • Track client satisfaction across the region and build action plans where required.
  • The Candidate

  • Experience of winning, delivering, and retaining international clients.
  • Able to spot commercial opportunities and can then turn these opportunities into reality.
  • Experience of working on multinational business/clients.
  • Understands how to through and with others in a way that motivates and drives high performance.
