About the Role

At Dimensions (an award-winning, life-changing, not-for-profit charity), we’re looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who have a genuine interest in – and a passion for – supporting others to work flexibly with us across a variety of shifts (including sleep-ins) in Headington. Here, you’ll be helping us to support and empower three people; a gentleman in their early 20s who attends college and two ladies in their 60s, one of whom is bedbound.

What You’ll Do as a Dimensions Support Worker

Encourage and empower the people we support so that they can live their best lives – the lives that they choose

Provide intimate personal care, prompting and mobility assistance when required (some of those we support use wheelchairs when out of the house)

Be involved with every aspect of their daily lives, i.e., supporting them with shopping, their hobbies and housework (including cleaning and laundry), etc.

Administer medication and PEG tubes
