The Role

  • Shape integrated strategy and planning for the region, working in concert within the CRM, Content & Website teams.
  • Shape consumer insight projects in collaboration within the agency team and the client’s insight team.
  • Act as a strategy champion working with local agency teams to elevate local market strategic work.
  • Support tailoring and roll out of the teams planning / insight tools & systems.
  • The Candidate

  • Proven experience leading, developing, and delivering Connection / Communication strategies that turn into practical application across Paid, Owned & Earned touchpoints.
  • Worked within a media / comms planning agency environment, facilitating and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Skilled media practitioner, with strong channel planning ability and ability to consult with clients and markets on best practices.
  • Able to work with digital performance data, define KPIs, linking metrics to customer behaviour.
