Job Purpose:
To assist the Cook in Charge in the preparation and serving of meals in a safe, hygienic, efficient manner providing a high standard of customer service

Requirements

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake and pass this course within 6 months

Responsibilities

The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

Awareness of risks within a kitchen environment

Ability to count cash and cheques

Sound basic written and numeracy skills

Sound understanding of the English language

High standard of hygiene awareness
