Responsibilities

:

  • EA to Global Managing Director
  • Extensive diary management (across multiple time zones)
  • Inbox management
  • Assisting & communicating with executives throughout the decision-making, program management & initiative implementation stages
  • Acting as a liaison between the staff, Managing Director regarding the company’s climate, employee’s well-being, and project updates
  • Organise, plan, and manage projects for continuous improvement related to the business
  • Take the initiative in identifying, initiating, and implementing processes/projects to improve and achieve overarching business aims
  • Oversee Global Assistants
  • Work alongside Comms team to draft monthly all staff emails, promote personal & brand profiles
  • Responsible for: business conference/events arrangements, board minutes, completing expenses, conference calls, typing correspondence and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Complicated international travel arrangements: travel Champion for Global teams based in London
  • Building good relationships with employees
  • Be responsible for managing the All staff contact lists, email groups and onboarding new starters
  • General support for information systems across a spectrum of operational tasks
  • Ad hoc office management & HR admin
  • Experience/skills required:

  • Strong EA/Business Assistance experience, supporting senior management
  • Professionalism, politeness, and reliability are expected in any person joining our company
