JOB TITLE Research Manager
SALARY £35000 – £45000 per annum

  • KEY DUTIES

  • As Research Manager support and delegate to senior research executives, ensuring guidance is provided where appropriate
  • Adopt a mixed-methods approach, delivering concise analysis and collaborating with colleagues across quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Operate across all stages of research including managing timelines, providing accurate analysis of data and succinct report writing coming to key strategic conclusions
  • Deliver memorable & practical presentations to clients demonstrating engaging outputs with seamless precision
  • Work across multiple ad-hoc projects, which offer the variety for a range of clients and project sizes to manage
  • Generate positive relationships with clients as part of a small intimate team of consultants
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience within a research agency; technically competent in quantitative research in the field of media, entertainment and/or technology
  • Proficient in mixed-methods research methodologies and techniques
  • Boast excellent communication skills with clients, identifying needs and highlighting new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills backed by well-designed outputs
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to coach junior researchers for large-scale research and insight projects.
  • As Research Manager you will be future-focused and digitally savvy, with strong knowledge about how to investigate multiple data sources to find answers.
