General Labourer
Location – Milton Keynes
Duration – 3 months contract
£16 per hour CIS rate through Umbrella.

The Role
Astute are currently seeking a Telehandler with engineering experience to assist the the final stages of commissioning and operations on the Waste to Energy facility based in Milton Keynes.
The client is especially keen to appoint somebody with experience of work within the industrial process environment whether that be Power Generation, Petrochemical or Oil/Gas facilties.
Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Loading/Unloading materials around construction site in safe manner as appropriate.
  • Moving materials about sitein safe manner as required
  • Carrying out other mechanical construction tasks as required as part of a small engineering team

    • To be considered for the role you will need:

  • Hold a Telehandler or Forklift license.
  • To have CSCS qualification.
  • Show demonstrable experience in a similar industrial construction environment
  • Be available at short notice to start work.
