Hospitality Assistant
Monday – Friday
Flexible hours required – 40 hours a week contract

Required in Central Edinburgh for an extremely high-profile investment company to provide Meeting and Events Catering

Busy 5* Hospitality department looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or tourism experience at 4- or 5-star level.

The role requires a dynamic and approachable person with a “hands on attitude”. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is fast learner, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.  

You will be responsible for the set up and service of meeting, conference and dining rooms working as part of a larger team and delivering exceptional service to strict time schedules

The operation is very busy and dynamic, with the highest of standards in food quality and client service.

The team is flexible in meeting the business needs and hence working hours are varied accordingly. The position is contracted at 40 hours, working predominantly Monday to Friday with some overtime required.

The position is available for an immediate start.
