We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef who can run a busy kitchen, whilst delivering excellent seasonal food.

This Sous Chef position is to kitchen in the newly refurbished Botanical Restaurant, within Kew Gardens, serving brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea.

The restaurant is undergoing a major refurbishment and is scheduled to re-open on the beginning of July, in line with government guidelines.

We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills, who can run a busy kitchen, manage a team of chefs and deliver consistently excellent food and service.

The position will work directly with the Head Chef and Executive Chef on menu development.

The successful candidate must come from a busy A La Carte kitchen where seasonal food is a focus.
